I want to share with you my four favorite apps I use to start my day on a positive note!
If you don’t already know, I love anything that keeps my mind in a positive state and instill positive messages because ya girl deserves it and you do too!
There’s so many things that can interrupt your aura so I like to wake up and look at my apps to start my day with positive affirmations.
Note: I believe you can download all of these apps on android too, I have an apple Iphone so not sure if it’s the same with an android.
So let me share with you the 4 apps that I use to start my day and hopefully you can start with them today!
1. “Mantra”
So when I start my day I like to look at positive affirmation quotes that will uplift me and I can exercise my brain to become stronger to deflect negative thoughts.
Mantra is a great app to do that as I came across this while looking for more positive minded apps on my phone and figured why not try it. I’m so glad I did because I’m able to really practice and focus on being more confident and positive before I start doing mom things that never end!
This app includes thousands of unique affirmation quotes ranging from different categories in love, career, self confidence, anxiety, health, success, relationships and so on.
Currently I’m using the free version where I receive affirmations in general which means I see affirmations across all categories and so far they’ve been great. If you want to specifically see love affirmations or success affirmations there is a paid version and I believe it’s $20 a year for the premium version.
So when you use the app you begin by holding down the button and the affirmation of the day will pop up slowly. As you read the affirmation it lifts your energy and for me I breathe slow and try to feel the words. I also try not to doubt myself as I’m reading them as I am truly wanting to believe in the words and go through my week on a positive note.
The quotes are always different and I like how it feels like the words apply to me. Everyone loves to be more confident and being kind to yourself is the way to go.
Try this one out now! And start telling the negative side of yourself uh uh not today negative thoughts!
2. The Secret
If you have not seen the documentary “The Secret” I suggest you watch this asap because you will be BLOWN and it will open up your mind to possibilities that you’ve never thought of. I think you can still watch this documentary on YouTube today!
I watched this back in 2014 for the first time and although I’ve been a dreamer and believed in my future, I didn’t know what “The Secret” meant and how it could work for me.
So The Secret is about unlocking your true self, releasing the doubts in your mind, understanding how people receive the things they want in life and how you can do this too.
I didn’t know they had an app until I happened to type it in the app store and voila! The app was there and so I downloaded it right away!
When you open the app, it displays in calendar form of daily powerful messages that you can read for the day. You can skip ahead or read a few days back to see previous messages and can schedule when you like to see your messages from your phone too!
There are 365 days of inspirational messages which I think is GREAT and once you’ve completed the 365 days it starts over again. You can also add more messages to the app with a paid option.
I always look forward to seeing the messages for the day and it energizes me more to be productive and challenge my doubts.
3. “The Secret to Money”
Now The Secret to Money is related to the original The Secret but this is for people who either have a bad relationship with money or just want to continue to bring more wealth into their lives.
I LOVE this app because it includes affirmations of how money will come to me and it shows six different practices to help you develop a mindset of wealth.
The six different practices are:
- Desires
- Purchases
- Manifested Money
- Daily Inspirations
- Affirmations
- Giving
Now if you think you just need to practice one of these topics, I’m telling you that these 6 all come together and it makes sense as to why they are teaching you this.
This app has definitely shown me gratitude and being grateful for ANYTHING I receive either with money, gifts, friendship etc. You are receiving all the time, you just may not have been able to see it (even when it’s sooo tiny), but with this app you will definitely see what you have been missing out in life and soon things will start moving better for you.
4. Motivation-Daily Quotes
I’ve had this app on my phone for YEARSSSS. I love how this app shows different quotes from famous people or popular quotes and you can set reminders throughout the day to view it.
If you need an extra push or want more motivation, this app will have quotes just for you.
There are so many categories ranging from love, working out, depression, life lessons, philosophy, inspirations for happiness etc. and I like how I get kind reminders throughout the day with a message that could apply to me in the moment.
You can share the motivational quotes on social media, share them with your friends, change the theme of the background with the quote and use them for your vision board! This is a great way to keep positive energy and words in your head.
Invest in your mindset
So this completes my list of apps that I use to start my day on a positive note. Before having my daughter, I would use a few of these apps here and there but now they apply to me even more since my day can be so hectic I forget to meditate for myself. Starting the day with some time for yourself even if it’s for 15 minutes and saying affirmations will make you feel happier, healthier, and satisfied. We all deserve to be kind to ourselves, so invest in your mind of kindness.
You deserve it.
Let me know in the comments if you have any other apps you suggest.
I had honestly never heard of any of these apps Michelle. But I am going to check them out to the App Store thanks so much for all of these recommendations.
