Self-Care Product Ideas From Target

I feel like in motherhood this topic comes in various ways of what self-care is. The only time I can do quick self-care for myself is when my daughter is sleeping. I’ve compiled a list of self-care product ideas from Target that you can use.

I remember the days before my daughter I would get up and do things my way anytime like painting my nails, going to the spa, getting a massage, etc! Whew! But now I know you have to be strategic when it comes to doing your self-care. You need it. Your mental health needs it. YOU deserve it.

Sometimes we need a quick self-care time to refresh ourselves from the day and having a mini pampering session will do just that.

Self Care Products from Target

  1. Chesapeake Bay Candle

Ahh I just LOVE candles, it always sets the mood and they have so many candle options I just want to grab every single one of them!

  1. Cozy Robe

Wearing a robe is a must have for ANY pamper session. It definitely makes you feel good and can be similar to a spa day!

  1. Grateful Journal

Using a journal is a great way to vent out your feelings. It’s also a reminder to see the growth of what you went through. I’ve always used a journal since I was a child and now it’s always been  something I’ve cherished as memories. This is also relaxing for your mind.

Time for Self Pampering!

Now everyone has a different way of what self care means to them. It could be binge watching a television series, taking a spa day to yourself, driving around the city, going to a coffee shop etc. There’s no one way of doing self care but there is one thing though, you have to take the time for yourself.

Tips for a self care evening:

  1. Try to schedule a day where you will do a self care day. (I know sometimes it’s difficult but try to schedule whatever you can)
  2. Be intentional on your self care, it’s very necessary.
  3. If your self care session gets interrupted, (due to baby crying or whatever family needs) its ok, there’s another day. I say this because my husband works late and sometimes my daughter wakes up and I’m not able to finish what I need to do.
